We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Linen Locks. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them, including original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including clearance or final sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
